What is self-certification?
Self-certification is a feature that helps encourage workplace safety. Global admins can set up self-certification policies around health, safety, local laws, and more. These policies can be presented to employees before checking in.
If your company requires you to self-certify you may be prevented from checking in to your booking if you fail to do so in time. You will receive self-certification reminders within 24 hours prior to your booking starting (exact time depends on your company’s settings).
Why should I check-in?
Checking in is important as it lets your admins know who is physically present in the office and prevents your booking being cancelled and the space being released back into the available booking pool.
Don't worry! If your admins have enabled the "Release desks" feature you will be notified 10 minutes before your booking is released. This will give you plenty of time to secure your spot.
Self-certification can open up to 24 hours prior to your booking start time (the exact time depends on your company settings).
To self-certify navigate to “Bookings” using the left-hand menu, and click on your booking. This will take you to your booking page. Click on “Self-certify” in the lower right-hand corner. A pop-up will appear with information on what you are self-certifying for. Once you have read and understood the prompt, tick the checkbox by tapping it, then tap "Confirm".

How to check-inCheck in is available from the booking start time.
To check-in to your booking navigate to “Bookings” using the left-hand menu, and click on your booking. This will take you to your booking page. Click on “Check-in” in the lower right-hand corner and confirm that you have successfully made it to your space.

How to self-certify

To self-certify navigate to “Bookings” from anywhere in the app, then click on your booking. This will take you to your booking page. Tap on the pink “Self-certify” button at the bottom of the page. A pop-up will appear with information on what you are self-certifying for. Once you have read and understood the prompt, tick the checkbox by tapping it, then tap "Confirm".

How to check-in
Check in is available from the booking start time. To check in to your booking, navigate to the "Bookings" tab, and click on your ongoing booking. This will take you to your booking page. Tap on “Check-in” at the bottom of the screen to check-in to your booking. Checking in ensures that you do not lose your space, and also lets others know you have made it to your booking.
