Prerequisites:
- Login to the web app via https://auth.chargifi.com/
- Login to the Kadence Android or iPhone app
Web App
Upcoming bookings include any booking that is either currently ongoing, or has yet to occur.
To view upcoming bookings, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Bookings" from the left-hand menu
- You will be shown all of your ongoing and upcoming bookings here
- You can narrow this view by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a specific date or date range
Past bookings
Past bookings include any bookings where the end time is in the past.
To view past bookings, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Bookings" from the left-hand menu
- Click on the "Past" tab at the top of the page
- You will be shown all of your previous bookings here
- You can narrow this view by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a specific date or date range
Cancelled bookings
Cancelled bookings include bookings that have been cancelled for any reason and can be viewed under both the past and upcoming booking tabs.
To view cancelled bookings, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Bookings" from the left-hand menu
- Click on the "Show cancelled" toggle
- Once enabled, freely switch between the upcoming and past bookings tabs to see your cancelled bookings
- You can narrow both the upcoming and past booking views by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a specific date or date range
Mobile
Upcoming bookings
Upcoming bookings include any booking that is either currently ongoing, or has yet to occur.
To view upcoming, bookings follow the steps below:
- From anywhere on the app, navigate to the “Bookings” tab on the bottom of the screen
- You will be shown all of your ongoing and upcoming bookings here
Past bookings
Past bookings include any bookings where the end time is in the past.
To view past bookings, follow the steps below:
- From anywhere on the app, navigate to the “Bookings” tab on the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the “Past” tab at the top of the bookings page
Cancelled bookings
Cancelled bookings include bookings that have been cancelled for any reason and can be viewed under both the past and upcoming booking tabs.
To view cancelled bookings, follow the steps below:
- From anywhere on the app, navigate to the “Bookings” tab on the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the three lines (≡) on the upper left-hand side of the bookings page. Here you can toggle “Show cancelled bookings” on or off, and choose how many bookings you would like displayed at a time. The available options are:
- 50
- 100
- 250
- 500
- Tap on the cross (X) in the upper left-hand corner to view your cancelled bookings, and switch freely between the upcoming and past bookings tabs
