“Need admin approval” prompt when logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO)

This prompt means that your SSO administrator needs to first login to Kadence via SSO where they will be prompted to grant permission on behalf of your organisation to use SSO with Kadence.

Once permission is granted, users will be able to login to Kadence via SSO without issue.
