There are two ways you can get set up with a password in Kadence if your invite has expired.
- A global admin in Kadence can resend you an invite by doing the following:
- Go to Directory > Click on your profile > Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your profile > Resend invitation
- You can send yourself a password reset invitation by doing the following:
- Go to auth.chargifi.com/en/login > Click on "Forgot ?" in the password field > Enter your email address > A password reset email will be sent to you
If you do not receive a password reset email, it's possible your company has blocked it and you can try logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO) instead. If you aren't able to or don't have an SSO login, then please reach out to support@kadence.co for assistance.
