Prerequisites:
- Login to the web app via https://auth.chargifi.com/
- Login to the Kadence Android or iPhone app
Let people know who you are and what you do by editing your profile in Kadence. Easily manage information about yourself, where and when you prefer to be at the office, as well as your notification settings via your Kadence profile.
Web App
In the top right-hand corner of the web app, you will find a circle with your initials. By clicking on this circle and then “Profile” you will be able to view and/or edit relevant information about yourself such as your:
- Name
- Profile picture
- Job title
- Email (cannot be edited)
- Country/City
- Teams (cannot be edited)
- Personal Kadence
- Bio

You can also access your settings from your profile by clicking on “Settings”. Here you can manage the following:

Email Notifications
- Booking confirmation: an email confirming your booking details
- Booking check-in: an email to let you know that your booking has started and you need to check in
- Self-certification open: an email reminder that self-certification is open for your booking

Workspace preferences
- Building: Which building you will be working from most often
- Floor: Which floor you prefer to work on

Language, Date and Time
Mobile
Navigate to your profile and settings by tapping on “Profile” in the bottom right-hand corner of the app. Here you can view and/or edit relevant information about yourself such as your:
- Name
- Profile picture
- Job title
- Bio
- Personal Kadence
- Upcoming bookings
- Email (cannot be edited)
- Location
- Preferred workspace
You can amend any information by tapping on either the pencil (✎) or plus (+) icons.
Example of what your profile looks like to others:
To manage your notifications, tap on the cogwheel in the top right-hand corner of the profile page, then tap on “Notifications”. Here you can turn on or off your push and email notifications.

Push Notifications:
- Self-certification open: a push notification that self-certification is open for your booking
- Booking starting soon: a push notification that your booking will be starting in 10 minutes
- Booking started: a push notification that your booking has started and you need to check in

Email Notifications:
- Booking confirmation: an email confirming your booking details
- Self-certification open: an email reminder that self-certification is open for your booking
- Booking check in: an email to let you know that your booking has started and you need to check in
