As a Global Admin, Building Admin, or Team Manager* you can cancel bookings on behalf of others or yourself. To find out how to cancel your own bookings, see: canceling bookings

Prerequisites:
- You must be at least a global admin, building admin, or team manager* in Kadence
- You must be using the Kadence web app
Canceling bookings on behalf of others
- From the “Bookings” tab, click into the booking you want to cancel
- Click on “Cancel booking”
- You will be prompted to confirm the choice to cancel the booking
- If the booking you are canceling is part of a recurring booking, you will be given the option to cancel “This booking only” or “This and following bookings”. Select the appropriate option and then click “Cancel booking”
*Only team managers with the appropriate permissions will be able to cancel on behalf of members of their own team. See: editing teams
