In the case where you have made a booking and no longer need it, or want to change your existing booking, canceling bookings couldn’t be easier.
Also note that admins, and team managers can also book and cancel bookings on behalf of employees. Bookings may also be cancelled due to changing building opening hours, advance booking times, or from adding a building closure.
You will always be notified via email if one of your bookings has been cancelled.

Prerequisites:
- You must have an existing booking. If you need help creating bookings, see: Bookings: New bookings
- Login to the web app via https://auth.chargifi.com/
- Login to the Kadence Android or iPhone app
Web App
To cancel bookings on the web app:
- Navigate to "Bookings" from the left-hand menu
- Click on the booking you would like to cancel
- Scroll down, and click on the red "Cancel booking" button, and confirm your choice to cancel
- If your booking is part of a series of recurring bookings, you will be asked if you would like to cancel only this specific booking or this and all future recurring bookings in the same series.
- An email notification will be sent informing you that the booking has been successfully cancelled, and the booking will be removed from your upcoming bookings screen
Mobile
To cancel bookings in the mobile app:
- From anywhere on the app, navigate to the “Bookings” tab on the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the booking you wish to cancel
- Scroll down to the bottom of the booking and tap “Cancel booking’
- You will be prompted to confirm the choice to cancel your booking
- An email notification will be sent informing you that the booking has been successfully cancelled, and the booking will be removed from your upcoming bookings screen
