Directory: Colleagues and teams

To view a full list of your colleagues, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the “Directory” tab from anywhere in the app
• Tap on the “Employees” tab on the top of the screen
• Here you will see a full list of your colleagues. You can search for specific people using the search bar, or simply scroll through the list
• To get more information about a specific colleague, simply click anywhere in their row to get to their profile. This allows you to view their role, personal Kadence, and their upcoming bookings

To view your teams, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the “Directory” tab from anywhere in the app
• Click on the “My Teams” tab, here you will see a list of teams that you are part of
• Click on one of your teams to open the calendar view and see who has booked a space for the day and in which building. To view different dates, simply select one from the calendar

• The first tab is the “My Teams” tab, here you will see a list of teams that you are part of
• Tap on one of your teams to see who on your team has booked a space for the day and in which building. To view different dates, simply select one from the horizontally scrolling list
• To get more information about a specific team member, simply tap on them to get to their profile and view their role, personal Kadence, and upcoming bookings

• Here you will see a full list of colleagues. Search for specific people using the search bar, or simply scroll through the list
• To get more information about a specific colleague, simply tap on their name or picture and you will be able to view their profile. This allows you to view their role, their personal Kadence, and their upcoming bookings
