For full visibility we recommend creating a team called "All Employees" and adding all of your users to that team. Please note that teams over 500 employees are not supported and may display bookings incorrectly.
Once a user is in a team, they will be able to see where and when teammates are booking for. When a user creates a new booking booked desks by teammates will appear as orange on the floor plan.
