What is Workplace safety?
"Workplace safety" is a feature built primarily around COVID-19 that is used to upload proof of vaccination documents for review by your company's delegated safety admins. The files you upload here can be viewed or deleted at your own discretion at any time.
How do I upload, view, and delete documents?
To upload new files for review:
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the web app, then "Profile"
- Click on the "Workplace safety" tab
- Here you can either drag and drop the files you wish to upload, or browse for the files on your computer
- You will receive an email confirmation to let you know the files have been successfully uploaded to the system
To view any of your uploaded files:
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the web app, then "Profile"
- Click on the "Workplace safety" tab
- Click on the file name for the uploaded file you wish to view
- A new tab will open displaying the contents of the file
To delete any of your uploaded files:
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the web app, then "Profile"
- Click on the "Workplace safety" tab
- Click on the three dots (⋮) on the right-hand side of the document you wish to delete
- Click "Delete", and you will be prompted to confirm the choice to delete the file
- The file will be permanently deleted from our system

How are my documents approved or rejected?
Safety admins are specifically delegated to the role of approving or rejecting documents uploaded via the "Workplace safety" tab. While all safety admins must be global admins, not all global admins will be a safety admin.
Your uploaded documents will only be viewable by these delegated safety admins, and you will receive an email notification to let you know if any of your documents have been approved or rejected. Safety admins can also add an expiration date to your uploaded files, as well as a "reason" for why the document was approved or rejected.
What happens if my documents are rejected?
If your documents are in a pending state or have been rejected, you may be prevented from booking spaces in certain or all buildings. If any of your documents are rejected, you will receive an email notification to let you know and the safety admin may also add a reason why your document was rejected.
All you need to do is upload a new document following the steps above, and wait for approval.
