To restrict neighborhood access to specific teams, follow the steps below:
For new neighborhoods:
- Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on "Add" then "Neighborhood"
- Enter a neighborhood name, and select the desks from the floor plan you want to be included in this neighborhood
- Toggle on "Restrict neighborhood access"
- In the "Assign teams to neighborhoods" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood
- Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have access to the neighborhood
- Once you're happy with your selections, click "Add"
For existing neighborhoods:
- Go to Buildings > Select your floor > Click on the three dots (⋮) next to a neighborhood > click "Edit neighborhood"
- Toggle on "Restrict neighborhood access"
- In the "Assign teams to neighborhoods" field, you can add as many teams as you want to your neighborhood
- Once a team has been added, you can select which days of the week that team should have access to the neighborhood
- Once you're happy with your changes, click "Save"
