Changes coming to Kadence, and what you need to know!

For those of you who remember, last year we began the first phase of our rebranding transition from Chargifi Wx to Kadence, and we wanted to update you in advance of our plans for phase 2.
What we’re planning to do and why
The second and final phase of our rebrand affects the technical infrastructure of our product. We want everything that you see and receive from us to be on-brand in order to promote Kadence as well as avoid confusion for our users.
This means that our URL will change from [company prefix].wx.chargifi.com to [company prefix].onkadence.co. When you log in you will no longer go to auth.chargifi.com but instead, use login.onkadence.co. Our emails will also use the new domain name so you can expect to receive emails from no-reply@onkadence.co.
When this will take place
There are 3 phases that will take place over the course of around 6-8 weeks.
Phase 1: During this phase, you won’t notice a thing. We’ll be doing the majority of the work on our infrastructure behind the scenes, and ensuring everything works as it should.
Phase 2: During this phase, starting on the 27th November, both your chargifi and your kadence domains will run in parallel for 6-8 weeks, meaning you can use either. This gives you time to communicate with your wider organization and make any changes that you require.
Single Sign-on, Active Directory, and calendar integrations will not need to be updated.
Phase 3: This phase will commence towards the middle of January, and the use of wx.chargifi.com domains will be discontinued. Redirects will be put in place and you can access Kadence through [company prefix].onkadence.co only.
What you need to do
- Communicate these changes with your wider company
- We will let you know when you need to update your mobile app
- Those blocking emails from no-reply@chargifi.com will have to update their filters to block the new no-reply@onkadence.co emails
- Okta and Onelogin Admins must install the new Kadence app once it’s available. This will ensure those integrations will continue to work on our new onkadence.co domain. We will inform you once the new apps become available. Find out more on our FAQs or reach out to our customer support team
